Accounting and Bookkeeping Services in Delhi

Outsourced accounting in Delhi means a team records your sales, purchases, expenses and bank transactions every month, reconciles them, and produces financial statements and MIS reports you can rely on for tax filings, audits and decisions. With Finaccle, you share source documents digitally, our accountants maintain the books in Tally or your cloud software, and a Chartered Accountant reviews the month-end close. There is no need for an in-house accounts team for routine bookkeeping.

What corporate accounting covers

Bookkeeping is the day-to-day recording of transactions; corporate accounting adds the month-end discipline that makes those records usable. Our scope typically includes recording sales and purchase invoices, expense vouchers and payroll entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, receivable and payable ageing, fixed asset registers with depreciation, and accruals and prepayments.

It suits private limited companies and LLPs that must maintain books under the Companies Act or LLP Act, startups whose founders are spending evenings on Tally, and growing traders whose accountant can enter data but cannot close the books or explain the numbers. Companies must also use accounting software with an audit trail (edit log), which we take into account when setting up.

How the monthly process works

We begin with an onboarding review of your existing books, chart of accounts and opening balances, correcting errors before we take over. You then share invoices, bills, bank statements and payroll data through a shared folder or direct software access, on an agreed weekly or monthly schedule.

Our accountants post entries, run reconciliations and raise a short query list for unexplained items. At month end, a CA reviews the trial balance, and you receive a profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash position and outstanding receivables and payables. The same books feed your GST returns, TDS filings and year-end audit, so nothing is prepared twice from different data.

Bookkeeping needs specific to Delhi NCR

Delhi businesses often have structures that make bookkeeping harder than it looks. Import-trading houses need landed-cost accounting that captures customs duty, IGST paid at import and freight correctly. Exporters need foreign-currency receivables tracked and realised against shipping bills. Consultants and contractors working with government departments must reconcile payments received net of income tax TDS and GST TDS.

Groups operating in Delhi, Gurugram and Noida often hold separate GSTINs, and sometimes separate entities, for each location. We maintain branch-wise or entity-wise books, record inter-branch transfers properly, and prepare consolidated management reports so the promoter sees the whole business, not three disconnected ledgers.

Why outsource accounting to Finaccle's Delhi team

You get a team rather than a single bookkeeper, so work continues through leave and staff turnover, with a Chartered Accountant reviewing each close. Our process is fully digital, which suits businesses whose directors travel or whose operations are spread across NCR.

Because Finaccle also files GST and income tax returns and supports audits, the books are maintained with those outcomes in mind: ledgers are mapped to GST and TDS heads, and year-end schedules are prepared as we go. Directors can review numbers with us at our Aerocity office or on a call each month, and we can add Virtual CFO support once the business needs forward-looking analysis.

Accounting and Bookkeeping in Delhi: FAQs

Which accounting software do you work on?

We commonly work on Tally Prime and also support cloud platforms that your business may already use. If you are setting up afresh, we recommend software based on transaction volume, number of users and integration needs. For companies, we confirm the audit trail (edit log) feature is enabled, as the Companies (Accounts) Rules require it.

Do I need to send original bills to your office?

No. Scanned copies or photos uploaded to a shared folder, or direct access to invoices in your billing system, are sufficient for recording. You keep the originals at your registered office as required by law. Our Delhi office at Aerocity is available if you prefer to hand over documents in person.

Can you clean up books that are several months behind?

Yes. We start with a catch-up exercise: collecting pending documents, reconciling bank accounts from the last reliable balance and correcting misclassifications. Once the backlog is cleared and reviewed by a CA, we move to the regular monthly cycle. Timelines depend on volume and how complete your records are.

Will the books be ready for statutory audit?

That is the aim. Monthly reconciliations, fixed asset registers and ledger confirmations are maintained through the year, and we prepare year-end schedules for the auditor. Finaccle maintains the books but does not audit the same accounts; an independent auditor conducts the statutory audit, and we coordinate with them on queries.
